I worked in Digital Avenues around 3years. This company is a best self learning place. They provide you challenging areas from where you gain knowledge as well as they give you a chance to learn new technologies. Peers are very helpful. Very comfortable work environment

Dislikes

As per my opinion, yearly evelution process is not up to the mark. The payroll is not very structured means in same designation, the less experienced person may draw much higher salary than a person who have more experience.
