Nothing I found dislike about the company. I only dislike my manager :) There was lots of reasons to dislike my manager as professionally not personally.

Likes

People are supportive. Colleagues and seniors are able to support as much as possible. Generally work-life balance is maintained. Fixed work shift (day) and no extra hours or incentives as of that. Work from office is not mandatory.

Dislikes

Since most of the colleagues are informal with each other, anyone new might feel awkward. Work from home is not available if you live in Kolkata. Hybrid working option is available.

It is a very calming environment. Colleagues are friendly and are ready to co-operate. Higher management is especially caring.

The training process is not great so a bit of experience would be better if you want to join here.

Different kinds of projects. I have enjoyed to upgrade my skills.

Office politics Not give the proper hike to deserving candidate. During the Appraisal, MD only listen the PM what say, here the candidate who is more close with PM gets the hike. Even there are so many case, the good performers not get any hike.
