1. No WFH some senior people enjoying WFH but anyone who required WFH in genuine issue Manager are not providing. 2. No facility for food , good food, No Cab. 3. HR is completely Puppet they are not able to do anything whatever manager will HR will do, they don't have the power. 4. Lot of favoritism is happening. 5. Very toxic work culture. 6. WFH is biggest issue if not possible don't give any one but some people enjoying WFH and some of the people are not getting is not equality. All HR is puppet. If You have any other company offer then don't join Digit you will regret till last. Or take it offer letter for counter only don't excite to join, Wrost company ever seen in my life. Skill Development and learning is the thing which i like the most.

1) No Work Life Balance, even if the employee is dieing or anyone in there family is dieing she/he needs to do the work and come to office. 2) No benifits like cab facility and if we ask for the same benifits, they say us only to move out of the house and get a room or so nearby office. 3) No recognition for the people who do properwork, instead they will take new seniors who wont work but pay them more and still keep them in the team....Read More

Does not have work life balance. No management support. Entire IT department decision taking power is on one man in the company, who does not even give reply or rejects the permission without understanding the situation or having a discussion. Even HR is not helpful and always take the side of management.

Worst company ever and very bad work culture compared to other IT companies. Developers should not join there they don't respect their employees and management is also worst there. There is one manager whose name is mayur he pretends that he is the owner of the company and treats employee like a slave.
