Work life balance.. office culture... skill development are a key priority .. every staff is given equal opportunity to rise and shine in his role.. there are staff who joined as graduates and now are DGMs .. that’s talks a lot of the company culture ..

Best thing to work here is work culture & very rare to work beyond fixed office hours. Also, hybrid culture makes it much more best.

Dislikes

Promotions are not that easy to get, if you are someone who are not so talkative & highlight yourself regularly to upper mgmt by participating in different activities going around.

It has a good work culture and satisfaction as well as hybrid or temporary work from home policy.

Dislikes

It gives less appraisals to older employees and more to newer. It has poor hike system and performance bonus as well.

Work Life Balance is pretty chill. Hybrid WFH Setup. No unnecessary pressure most of the time, unless there is immediate deliverables.

They might have lot of good qualities but I haven’t experienced anything till now.

Dislikes

There are many. I have also did some mistakes, some of them I already know before I joining with them. So it is not their fault alone. If you are joining please discuss with your manager and clear all your doubts. It is my personal experience and it shouldn’t be same for others.
