It's a good company to work for. You'll get the freedom to work, and the main thing is that there is a work-life balance because of its work-from-home culture. There is no hierarchy here.

@ Digiqal, we focus on getting things done without many meetings rules. this boost creativity and trust among teammates, making it easy to share idea and help each other. it's a refreshing way to work. @ Digiqal Ravi Verma was best at Jaipur office.

Dislikes

One downside is dat sandeep sir can be quite strict, craeting a tense atmosphere. also lavina from hr can be rude, which makes it harder to raise concerns. bcoz of lavina mam i resigned.
