I liked working at Digiqal and enjoyed the team, but the heavy workload and frequent salary delays were tough. The delayed payments eventually led me to resign, also I was the single blockchain there so I faced heavy workload

I really like working at Digiqal bcoz it's so relaxed adn flexible. I appreciate not having to worry about tracking or checking in and out. it lets me manage my own time and work in a way that fits me best. the casual style makes it easy to stay motivated and creative.

One thing i dislike about working at Digiqal is the inconsistency with the salary dates. i usually expect my salary on 7th, but sometimes it arrives late, like on the 14th march april. also i sometimes have to handle direct client communication, which isn't deal for me as a designer. i prefer to focus on the creative work rather than client management.

@ Digiqal, we focus on getting things done without many meetings rules. this boost creativity and trust among teammates, making it easy to share idea and help each other. it's a refreshing way to work. @ Digiqal Ravi Verma was best at Jaipur office.

One downside is dat sandeep sir can be quite strict, craeting a tense atmosphere. also lavina from hr can be rude, which makes it harder to raise concerns. bcoz of lavina mam i resigned.
