Salary has been always on time. In last 3 years, only 1 month salary was delayed by 4 days. Always encourage to learn and management assist financially and time-wise for training. very open culture and the bosses are themselves from the industry.

Work pressure was average, but not hampur for salary

Dislikes

So casual, no proper holiday list, no pf, no proper information about leave, they provide salary slip after 2- 3 month after getting salary, No compensate for reserved leave. No mediclaim though office opened for 2 day/week after 1st unlock, now office open regularly.
