...months as they hired me on basis of Ecommerce and my role was digital marketing. So they announced a salary cut which is understandable, but when I resigned they made fake excuses not to provide my full and final settlement, and now they completely denied to pay my pending salary. They have no hr, no hr policies nothing based on employee benefits.

Work pressure was average, but not hampur for salary

So casual, no proper holiday list, no pf, no proper information about leave, they provide salary slip after 2- 3 month after getting salary, No compensate for reserved leave. No mediclaim though office opened for 2 day/week after 1st unlock, now office open regularly.

I didn't like a thing about this company, they are sweet poision, will treat you as you matter but when you go with issues that you are facing they will show you their aukat

They are not professionals, none of the high positioned employee has any knowledge of what they are doing, graphic designers don't know how to make engaging banners they only use freepik template, developers have no knowledge of coding- only create shopify website and when the SEO people ask them to make certain changes to the website with respect to CRO, technical issues or anything they just refuse and start fighting, even if you reach out to the upper management they say yes the developers are right you should create graphics, content, website, everything is SEO person's responsibility, even they say to take meetings and work in night shift. They hire ad fire employees without any notice, they fired 10 employees in a day and didn't even gave any reason to them. They won't even give any appraisal even if you deserve and if you want to leave the company they will torture you and won't even give any document or FnF. The SEO manager has also no knowledge about SEO, I know that's funny but it is the truth, I used to do all the work on her behalf and she took all the credits of everyone's work.

Very good work culture..you can balance your work and personal life. work pressure is not that much. colleagues are friendly and supportive. CEO is always ready to help the team very supportive. You can learn many things and top management is digitally and technically very strong and aware. So good working culture you will get. If you join you will get the opportunity to work with some best brands of India. Good work exposure you will get which will be helpful in your career growth.

80% of Digifrizz's projects are very challenging. The company doesn't deal in cheap, copy-paste kinds of projects. in my tenure of last 2 years the company has grown very very fast, the clients are very happy too and Digifrizz has become Digital partners for a few very prestigious clients. One such project where I have been working is also now part of the partnership with a very big and prestigious clinent.

Dislikes

The management is very hardworking and passionate. They hate 3 kinds of people LAZY, IDIOTS and DISHONEST and dont tolerate them.
