Bcause instad of improvin themselves all they care about is their image white washing. I have seen the worst behaviors the company does on people. From over working them, to not paying them even basic salary, to also humiliating them every chance they get. Empathy, growth, innovation are their supposed core values but trust me, they are not concerned about any of this. All employees are pyaada’s for them. They will use you till they can and then throw you like you are dirt. if you want to feel bad about your self and your skills, this is the place for you. They have no understanding of culture. No understanding of privacy. No understanding of reward also they are so self centered they can never think about anything except making money. Founder can take 2 months holiday and travel to europe but everyone else is at fault for everything. Cofounder will first ask you again and again for your opinion and then when you give it to her, she will get angry at you. They will fool you take advantage of you by making you trainee for a year and exploit you… trust me you will be saved if you don’t join this company. Most people don’t even add digidarts as a company they worked for on their resume and LinkedIn bcause it is so embarrassing the kind of torture cell this place is. HUMILIATION PRO MAX.
