I was in sales engineer 🤮 Everything is worst,culture , manager, hr policy , 📜 growth only for the manager which was work more than 10 year are ruling there , No future for freshers No sharing of data No handholding help for freshers Manager will treat you like a compititor if you complain about the manager to their senior they will not ready to listen and blame you that you are not capable and not supposed to adjust in their culture, Please don't join 🚫 in any condition in sales profile for Pune , Aurangabad,solapur and kolhapur, location Maximum travel outside city Cheapest thing is your expenses bill should be less than 8k only will it will pass or wait for 2 months it's on hold Please cross check your immediate boss is helpful or not 🚫...Read More
