1. Work Environment - Company culture is really good, you will never feel stuck here or depressed as you can open up to anyone you trust. 2. They trust you, so even if you are working from home, they do not keep track of your activities, or do not control your system.

1. Flat Hierarchy - even if you have experience and your designation is higher than someone, it doesn’t matter. 2. Unexperienced Management - I think people at higher hierarchy are not that experienced they should be. 3. They can remove you anytime, so job security is the most people's concern here.

- Job Security & no salary delay. - Work environment is awesome. Flat hierarchy makes it super awesome. Here is nothing like boss-employee culture. we all are on the same level and equally supportive of each and every one. - This is an open place to learning, growing & innovations.

- Work Pressure sometimes. - No Compensation, if you work for extra hours or on weekends. - Must follow the proper process management from gathering requirements to deliver a task or project, so that we can deliver quality (first) with quantity. (Well we started working on this) - No Health and other insurance benifits for employees.
