They pay you on time. That's the only benefit here.

Salary - Excellent

Dislikes

Talodyn Networks only gives career growth to people who they like. It's all about favouritism. The managers have no knowledge about the work given by the client and for saving themselves blames the team. Especially the Kolkata managers.

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Work life in Talodyn is worst. The managers are only not well capable of handling a team and then they start doing politics and favouritism game. The managers are only not sure of the work which the client needs and then puts the blame on the juniors.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
