The only best thing here is they pay you on time. Rest of the things depends on the team and reporting manager

Dislikes

There is no proper hierarchy here. They will treat you like a machine. I heared from some of my friends still working there that they started working on sundays too Always remember a decent paying job with good worklife balance is better than a high paying workloaded job

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
