Nobody can build his/her carrier from this company. The company has lost its reputation because of the the working culture which is totally at doom. I have not worked here but came to know that all the staff behave foolishly because i have given interview here for the post of quality. I talked to many persons there but except that person i guess his name was aakash or ankit no was was looking even literate because the way that person talked to me i found genuineness and epic communication skills. Rest the whole scene was not even decent. I will not suggest anyone to join this company and people who are working here with skills and less payscale will also leave it soon that i know....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
