I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Bad in communication from admin and HR. Worst office culture. They won't follow any office etiquettes. No formal intimation from the company or HR side. I don't know why they are want us to follow the formal procedure; because they are not following it at all. Very worst experience with the admin people.
