DHL is a biggest company in Asia, I like a system learned,with formula & there is a good management and discipline and we can learn daily new work like picking, packing, grn, put away

Most of wrost condition in dhl supply chain is they are not promoted old employees, never give salary growth. And once they are hire on contract but not promoted on-roll and give excuses right now no vacancy in on roll and after 3 month he is hire new person direct company pay roll. What about us they working in 5 years.

Nothing is like here, senior management or seniors not supportive, all treat you like a daily labour, Third party payroll is a fraud here because no one care your time support no one responsible for salary, experience letter, PF everything.

On roll, 2 is third party if u join as a third party payroll than your life is like a labour, all senior Abhijeet, Tikam, Suhas, Neeraj, Hardik all play with your life, no leave, no salary, nothing is I wested here 1 year I suggest you join anywhere but not join DHL as a third party payroll.
