career growth is nothing here, not even good appraisal. lot of work related politics which affect anyone promotion or growth.

Dislikes

poor management, lot of politics, if an employee is dearer to manager than he or she can progress otherwise never.

Work Details

Hired as German language expert , but not even 0.1 % use of language, and simply data entry in english. Spoiled my language ability

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
