I loved working at Dhir Hospital. It was really important for my all round professional development. There is good working environment, supportive staff and friendly atmosphere. MD sir is an excellent teacher, supportive colleague and stands besides you in every difficult situation you come across in your professional life.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
