Salary package not good in MIS and they provide the maximum salary 50 k per monthly only.

Dislikes

In MIS or data analysis salary package is very low compared to worl, in MIS role, you have to handle all kind of work related to brands as payment processing, budgeting, invoice processing and documentation as well.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

Career growth is very slow. Promotion has to be due after 3 years but when will get don't know it may take 5-7 years.
