Skill wise very slow moving .. same work year after year after year. A good Employee who works entire year with complete dedication and achieve goals even which are not under his KPI(s) are considered nuts at the end of the year. Many of the employees are getting merely satisfactory pay who have given his whole hearted over 15 years to this company.

Dislikes

No space for new approach (may be it varies from boss to boss of various departments). Company do not think about wellfare of the employee and even not providing a satisfactory payscale in comparison to inflation.

Unprofessional management. No professionalism or ethics. Behaviour & support of senior management is pathetic and will never stick to their commitments (keep everything in writing, even from your own manager) No career growth and they will trap you in it.
