In Nasik branch senior person are doing politics and partiality. I feel my job is not secure. Appraisal are worthless every year growth of salary is less per my experience. Work environment is not happy. I can't manage my work and person life while doing work in DGS technical services. Our HR is not experience and his education is not at that level. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
