I don't like to with DGS TECHNICAL SERVICES, Coz they didn't respect employees and their problems. Management should support employees and help employees. But, here it's totally waste!

Company is good, but management is bad. They wanted us to work like robots

Worst, they won't teach you anything! All you should learn from your own. They won't move your designation and you'll be joined with same designation and you'll be quitting with same designation.

Nothing, DGS never offers any benefits to employees except a 25g of cup of tea! That too cheapest tea ever.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
