This place is the absolute pinnacle of unproffessionalism and fuckery. First of all they don't have an induction programme, the HR will ask you to write in the feedback forms with his words and then they will make you sign all the documents. When you go to the workplace, you will be met with a lack of resources (System was not assigned to me for the first month) Now the trap begins, 1 year bond. Once you submit the bond documents, their whole attitude will change. They will promise career growth and learning opportunities initially, but after bond submissions, everything changes. Not to mention the daily harassment by the security personnel and the Facilities admin. These people will simply irritate you daily and send escalation mails to make employees look bad. The HR team is the worst, they never listen to the employee's need, not to mention about taking everything personally and having a vengeful attitude. Even they don't put salaries on time, they will take their sweet time for it. I only joined this company thinking that it's an MNC and will have high standards. Honestly idk how this passes as an MNC with such toxic environment and work culture. This is the worst company I have ever worked for. I thought Indian companies were toxic, after working in DGS, Indian companies are heaven. Words like Proffessionalism, Standards, Class etc are distant terms to most of the people here. Hi I am Udaya T, All the "Managerials" are wise and have concrete knowledge with respect to the domain, good work life balance, I highy recommend to join this organization to get trained as well as to get an experience in design discipline where no other organization get you as a fresher and train you as they train, work satisfaction is more over the words, company culture and their personal experience sharing with the juniors is great a friendly treating "TL's" will make you daily presence in the company I worked under two old clients both are well organized.
