Likes

The top management is open and approachable. It is a growing startup so there are a lot of opportunities to learn and develop skills quickly. Merit is recognized over flattery - that is always a good thing.

Skill development - Excellent
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Leaves are lesser than the average company. This is the only barrier in work life balance.

Work Details

Work was always exciting. You get to see the core operations of a company from a grassroots level. This is simply not possible in a bigger firm and negligible in MNCs. In a company like DeZyre, you can develop your skills holistically.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
