Posative environment of company boost the employees for efficient working, friendly behavior of seniors helps juniors to discuss to resolve any type of issues at site.

Great team, friendly seniors, will support you as long as you are required for the job

Dislikes

Frequent changes in assigned projects, one of the directors (managing partners) cannot give-up ego, makes bad decisions and is primarily responsible for many good employees leaving the organization. Moreover, there is a policy of retaining a part or whole of the "notice period" salary. You get appraisals/rewards only if you "praise" or allow yourselves to be a puppet of the owners.

Work Details

Challenging, but without much worthiness. The directors never allowed me to work on a single project start to end. I worked on 6 projects for this company, just as a "filler material"

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
