About workload, it's on you! Be careful while choosing your domain. I have on my own selected multiple departments so sometimes the work is too much but mostlyi enjoy very much! The best part- you can even change I recently saw a packaging executive who was interested in upgrading skills, learn about order processing. I dont think it's this easy to upgrade in any company.
