Everything ranging from the upper management, work environment, work life balance, salary and perks is terrible at this company. They do not value their employees and treat them very poorly.

Working here has been a good experience. The environment is positive and everyone supports each other at work One thing I like the most is the creative freedom we get out new ideas and the company even covers the costs for any certification we pursue

The long 9+ hours shifts are tiring

The work is engaging and I see long-term growth potential here, thanks to the motivating atmosphere. Even as a junior employee, I was given a chance to lead a small project early in my career

Its get hectic when there are back to back meetings and no time for break

It is a nice place to gain knowledge and grow in the industry. There are many opportunities to learn and enhance skills.I got exposure to different areas which has helped me learn about optical consulting from all angles

Our Management is very understanding and supportive in all situations. Employees can take WFH during health issues and the overall leave policy is also generous

From what I have seen Favoritism toward older employees

The work-life balance is decent and the company culture is lovely. The team is always open to experimenting with different approaches and I have been given a lot of responsibilities in handling projects on my own

The office culture is relaxed and easygoing. There's no strict dress code and we often go out on team outings, and movie nights and have fun activities going on regularly
