Challenging works which comes with opportunity to build our own skills is the great thing here and to come out from complex situations created in the company gives me the strength to understand the harshness of industry.

Dislikes

No work-life balance in the company but still finds the way to manage it and no job security at all makes me strong to survive in this kind of environment. however these are dislikes but still how we perceive it matters. No overtime is paid but has to be done is one of the main policy.
