I joined Design cafe as fresher for the role Accounts executive and I feel completely overwhelmed by the supportive of team members and Coming to company's culture its really good and even the other team members are also too supportive .

No process has been set up, need good manager over there to ride the accounts department. Employee are suffer to take holidays. Not much employee benefit are there.

The designer Head does Dirty politics , worst incentive , un realistic Targets , no job security , no work life Balance I must say Don't check the company Don't join the company please ignore if you get offer as it will be waste total waste Snakes inside the sleeves .
