Good job security, very considerate in implementing new ideas

Dislikes

Lack of co ordination among Teams, focused on product rather than focusing on customer requirements, feedback and ideas aren't taken from lower level who face customers.

Work Details

It's fine, no problems in taking leaves, no worries after work hrs. Pretty good

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
