It is one of the worst place to be in. The Director is very authoritative and doesn't listen to any logic. He is always lost in his own world and demands the work by the last hour. He doesn't give you any leave and expecting any kind of humanitarian approach is making fool out of yourself. The team working out there is very substandard and is one of the most corrupt places in the nation.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like there. Experience was horrible and local people harass the outsiders a lot.

Handling the skill development projects like PMKVY, CMYKY, JJM, SANKALP & STRIVE and Govt. ITIs.

I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
