There are too good management , Every diploma holders can learnt more thing with the supporting of management . Everyone diploma holder student got chance to supervise the team after learn the all stages of line . There are flexible shift . Every Sunday and 2nd and 4th Saturday are holyday as well as festival...

I think, there are everything too good but if company required to stay a manpower for other shift then he has to stay . It's compulsory . I think this rule has every company.
