The work is very good,

The work is very good, if the salary was also good. I give 900 pairs daily in 8 hours. and compony gave salary after one month only 8300 after deduction Epfo or ESI.. But both salary and overtime are not right, so nothing happens with 8300 rupees.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
