Nothing is likeable in this stifling culture. High level of politics is in the blood of Management people.

The work culture is pathetic with no scope of person’s development. No work life balance and no employee motivation. Employee will feel disrespected and helpless every day

Work Details

Very poor, even after slogging 12 hrs a day, the boss is not happy.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
