I have worked 3 year. Nothing to like

It's not a organization. It's a fabrication shop. Value engineering zero. No work on quality and safety in design. Owner of this company is fake person. No work culture. No HR rule applicable here. No work life balance. They are not following labour law. Last salary will never be given to employees. No offer letter, No salary slip. They are running many parallel shell companies like S.A consultant, denfab engineer, skill mounted etc. To voilet labour laws & PF rule. No gratuity. No professional ethics.
