You will be embodied with office politics Toxic environment Incapable individuals are made seniors and managers Every north indian female has ego bigger than her head Toxic AF you will be chucked out without your own knowledge they will stop alloting you work once they know if there is even a tiny mistake they create a huge scene out of a very lil issue such as not punching early n being 2 mins late They have hire n fire policy employee friendliness is 0 there is no team collaboration at all once your trained on your project your left all alone by yourself no one will ever guide you even tho they say they will . the seniors like to see you fail a lot and will not help they say they are there to help but will never help you. For project coordinator role its very poor company. They’re going to put everything on the PC heads, pay them very less and expect them to be on top on everything. Rest team would not be responsible for anything but a PC will be responsible for everything. The others team fault also comes on PCs head.
