It's good to start career as as fresher for 1 to 2 years , it's totally into media background and not into any software testing or development , if you really like to make career into media and entertainment it's good place to grow
No professional grow as such , you can just enjoy your day by watching latest movies , you won't get any chance to grow with respect to yours skills

Extremely friendly management and open desk policy is the best. One doesn't feel pressurized during work. People enjoy and love their work here because the environment and culture here is like that only. There is no politics here. But at some point of saturation, one needs to move on. The need to learn more, to grow more I thought about changing my job.
The only thing I dislike is salary.
It is exciting all the time. No doubt in that.

No rocketscience projects to work on. As such its a good working place for freshers with good starting salary. But then no career growth.
Nothing to learn. Cannot ameliorate your skills, Supercool work culture with no work load makes you even more lethargic. Good place for dopers and all.

I didn't like the work culture in the Learning and Implementation (L&I) team under which I was hired as an e-learning content creator. The manager and the lead has no clue of the design process and efforts required for creating end-to-end WBT training courses. A person named Priya Victor is an extremely toxic manager who dictates deadlines, frequently changes expectations, and esclates even the tiniest of issues to higher management. Another person named Laveena who runs the show with Priya, is extremely insecure and uses covert ways such as backbiting, gossip mongering, and spreading rumours to gain the spotlight as the most treasured resource in the team. It is an easy job but you have to achieve targets and that puts pressure.
It’s monotonous. You don’t get to learn anything new. When you switch to another company your experience here might be invalid because the training you received here is just meant for this.
