The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology . I love the fact that i am a part of team that production reliable ,high quality products As a result , I get to handle high speed fully automatic tin manufacturing lines .Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds ,and we work happily in collaboration .I also like the employee re-hire policy here....Read More

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high .sometimes,I have to work 14-18 hrs straight in a day as i have to attend preventive maintenance work in night .Managers do not value an individuals . Also there is no on- job training for freshers ,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step,which is pain some times...Read More

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire production and quality assonance as well as manage maintenance of machine .Pitching for my company as a manufacturer gets tiring and the task is slightly repetitive

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
