I am working in this company almost 1 year completed with wonderful experience.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. I work 8-10 hour in a day but managers don't value. I do my work with best level but no response.

Work Details

As I mention I am microbiologists in delta but in this company they all want all-rounder employee who handle production as well as micro not for a specific post.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks.
