I like everything about Deloitte. The work culture is really nice. Very much. Flexible managers were very supportive.
Since I worked for the US Deloitte team in India in the beginning, their culture was overall good. Work was fine for the first few months of our pilot batch because of the high quality US based system. It was good as long as they followed it.
Dislikes
I was a part of both the Creative Services Team and the Project Coordination Pilot Teams. As long as the US people trained and we worked with them it was professional to a certain extent. Things got worse and worse once the Indian management starting introducing useless methodology which in no way was related to skill improvement orwork output. Although the team overall had a few talented people, the challenge was to work under an inefficient management. They could have selected a better skilled and a talented management....Read More
Work Details
I was a part of the pilot batch of two teams. As long as the US people were involved work was refined and systematic. Once the Indian management with a lot lesser skills and talent took over it got worse day by day.
