Flexible logins and perks are good. There is no tracking of the login timestamp. Flexible check-ins with your managers so that we can address the issues that we're facing. Very caring about our health and wellness. They provide extra well-being holidays so that to make them as long-weekends and to spend with our family and friends.

Dislikes

Their project staffing is not at all good. Too much of irrelevancy to their tech stack. And when the project gets over you will be staffed to another project with another technology and this continues if you change to multiple projects and if you got staffed to short-term projects. There is no stability in assigning the projects to the employees even if we try to explain the RM's in simpler terms also they couldn't understand.
