The culture is great. 99/100 people you meet are sweet or act sweet at least. It wont go unnoticed when you raise any concern. Less politics. Good diversity. Good flexibility. Great holidays and disconnects. Benefits like smartphones, well being allowances, commute allowance etc.,

Dislikes

Whats bad is the actual work itself. You use tools that date back to the 1950’s. Extremely slow, buggy and always having one technical issue or the other. Very late when it comes to adapting new technology. Pay is very less compared to other areas. They don't care to invest in this domain. They aren’t even planning to expand the operations in new Indian locations unlike other areas. The shift timing is 2-11 but they don't give any shift allowances. Bangalore offices are the absolute worst. They have shifted us to our FOURTH office now. Nobody can ever plan their stay near office because you’ll never know when the office location is again going to be changed. The hike is again very less comparatively.
