Helpful HODs, happy environment, freedom to implement ideas, great platform to learn. Opportunity to work under the icon Jimmy Mistry and his team comprising of talended individuals. They help you grow in your career if you are a smart worker.

Dislikes

I loved the place, nothing to hate. Only thing is - some fake reviews are put up by ex employees who were asked to leave the company due to non performance during my tenure. Della doesnt take any action against them.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
