They never pay salary on time. Worst company to work with. No professionalism and toxic atmospere to work. You will be asked to sit late for no reason. There is no job security. If you have joined Della then best of luck for your worst time in life.

Everything from work culture, no work life balance, terrible treatment to employees. Only girls are given growth opportunities, special treatments and pay raise. The founder things all others are useless.

1. Work culture is very bad.. Boss/owner doesn't know how to talk with subordinates, using abusive language even for girls/ladies working under him.- Mental harassment. 2. Working hours are not fixed.. 10.00 am to start a day and there is no exit time for the employees. Almost everyday working till 2.00 am. - Physical harassment. 3.General manager does not posses proper technical knowledge. 4. Owner will come for staff meeting at around 12.30 am/ 1.00 am. 5. They even don't bother about government holidays like Independence day, Republic day, labor day etc. 6<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. After all these issues they doesn't even bother to give you a decided salary, which is fixed at the time of interview</mark>. Ridiculous way of working with a pathetic boss. Terrible Work timing, salary issue (u have to requestevery month for your salary to the head or senior most of the company, also you get your salary of 1st month in mid of 3rd month that to after you request for it) frequent shifting of job locations being at desk job.

Jimmy Mistry is merely a fraud who doesn't pay his employees on time and harasses them instead. He abuses them both physically and mentally. Even his own partner director (Shilpi Singh) has literally cried cause he abuses her. She is two faced and super petty herself, making her the worst "professional" I've ever dealt with. Both ofthem are made for each other since neither of them know how to talk to employees with respect. The HR team is useless<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
