Likes there is lots of points, 1. The way employees treated by our management is awesome. 2. Della is hiring even non tech staff and providing proper training and making them expert in their job. 3. Our CMD Mr. Jimmy Mistry made a example of open door policy. Even junior staff also can meet with top management and speaks about theirproblem or suggestions. 4. In Della most of the employee is doing here their job since long time and they are giving same respect to new staff as well. 5. Now Della started Della career development program, where employee will get to know how to succeed in their life and how you you succeed in your career as well. Training provided by our training department on weekly twice. Which will work for employee in thier future as well. 6. Most important thing is work atomsphare you will get here is like anything. People are supportive and cooperative. 7. You are employment with Della means you are going to get lots of chance to learn so many things by working here. 8. Whatever suggestions or ideas is with you, Della welcome for that. 9. Della provides accommodation and food and transport as well for their staff. 10.
