Most of the employees does not like anything about working in Dell, Bangalore, India Job Security - nil Work Culture- worst, doesnot value employees, insult and demotivate to the core, associated seniors lie shamelessly and misbehave like below standards. TL, Manager and Rex make a team, are disloyal leaks the feedback from employees with name and torture the employees mentally and indulge the employees to unnecessary tasks like noting down the call duration with reason for long calls while attending customers and mail the records everyday. Due to lack of employees the callers take back to back calls. The seniors and quality person target the one whom they don't like or their fellow friend don't like or as instructed by the Management. Only 2 QC in a company like Dell. So the seniors are fellow friends, helping each other. Apart from full time calls all are bound to do the sale related order and document related works. No help provided by L2 or REX though Manager& L2 & REX always ask to ping or call for the help. Management is worst than any. To sack the employees whom they don't like or when they recruited the salary was higher than the new joinees they take all wrong unethical means. No means for the employees to contact to the HR through emails. Company Seniors donot have any manners and etiquette to speak to their subordinates. Management does not care about anything, is disloyal, for any feedback reaches the other with name and those employees are tortured mentally. There is a lot of politics and Management and the Senior employees make a team and are game players who doesn't care of Employees. Career growth is very slow. On the job training is useless. Dell recruits for some post and post you to some other post which you're not good at or which you have not applied or interviewed for. Misbehaves with you, insults you in unprofessional languages. You cannot complain to manager or anyone, else they'll torture you more. Very unsatisfactory and unhealthy working culture. None of the working tools of the company works or provides complete information or assistance on troubleshooting. Employees are blamed for that and even sued. None of the promised reimbursement is given to the employees. No etiquette. Misbehaves and insults, demotivate you. Worst of worst company to work with. They lie a lot. They never bother of the clauses and words. Even documented words do not have any value for them. Worst company from all aspects. Worst, no job satisfaction. If you're not liked by the seniors of the company they cheat, demotivate, discourage and treat you as an illiterate useless, use abusive languages to speak to the subordinate employees. Reimbursement is not done for
