Dell must have been a good company earlier. However, there is no well defined process nor is there an SOP that can be referred to for a day-to-day process. The mid level management, where the junior levels report to try to micro manage every employee inspite of one being a performer. There is peer pressure and the environment is a biased environment. Work-life balance only for mid to top level management not for junior levels. In terms of training or KOT, one is pushed into an ocean and if you know to swim you can survive, otherwise there is no guidance and one can drown. Dislikes

Basic facilites are not that good. No cab facilites nor any shuttle services provided. There is no additional learnings nor is there a growth. Tea coffee to be paid and bought. Work from home only on unavaoidable circumstances and cannot be taken most times unless one has atleast served 12 to 15yrs in the company.They say flexi timings, but will expect you to be on time.

Monotonous, work on job role that was exaggerated and hyped, but any lame person can work even without any experience or with a basic level of experience.
