No growth, if joined as some role will need to continue till quit Dell. Lot of favouritism when comes to promoting to a new role. If your manager is outside India, also need to handle racism.

Worst experience from last 2 years Team lead worst behavior. With team and management also worst they need only sale. Even sometime health will be sick they don't need any explanations also just go store and need sale even we will inform they don't care about it worst experience ever .pls don't join Dell technologies

Regional bias especially if someone where to join DGA (Dell Global Analytics) it should go with BGA (Bengal Global Analytics). Promotions reserved only to these regional employees. A policy for all dell employees to complete 18 months to be required for promotion doesn’t hold good for Bengal Employees. Good work life balance Saturday Sunday off unless no priority project Good Security system but no if females remain in office won't be allowed to go uncell accompanied by Dell security. But disadvantages is those who are nearby wil have to book security can and it leads to delays. Everything that was good about Dell ended 2 years back. Nothing is good now.

No job security- frequent layoffs. They want to chase off people and not give severance, so they are trying everything in their power to make the employees more miserable and feel tortured from 5 days a week policy and no promotions. And from what I have heard extremely low or negligible salary hikes. The culture is extremely bad for a long term perspective and would take a toll on your mental health. The work that they make you do is dated and not industry relevant. So don't join dell unless you want to spoil your mental health and career....Read More
