Dell Services India is a place which I hated to work with. It was known as DELL PEROT SYSTEMS in 2010. I was offered employment in Dell Perot Services at Noida office in 2010. I was based in Bangalore and working for Oracle India in 2009 december when I received the Interview call from DELL PEROT Services . After two rounds of technical interview, I had manager round with a person called Anand Gupta from Noida. He told me without asking that this oppurtunity required frequent travel to client location in UK, to which I agreed. I was too late to learn how I was cheated to join them at Noida location , It really destroyed my career. After joining at NOIDA I was told that they had not told or promised any such thing as Overseas travel. I was really shocked how they treated me and also surprised that some of the North Indian joinees who joined after me was offered the Onsite travel and long term work from onsite location. They cheated me and I learned it was only because I was a South Indian I was not offered what I was promised, they only wanted someone from Bangalore to Join the Noida location , for that they gave the wrong promises of Onsite travel . Dislikes

They are discriminatory on the regional basis. There are different lobby groups like North Indians, Bengali, Tamil and Telugu groups which are stronger and influential. You cannot never grow or get promoted if you don't belong to one of these Indian Vernacular groups. Otherwise you should not have any self respect and become a boot licker of the gang leaders of these groups .
