No promotion till the first 5year 4-10% annual hike Useless Matrices like Customer experience, Repeat dispatch & Repeated Inbound calls they follow just to cut the employee annual bonus Job security is very less, every day they are threatened by employee The survey will trigger to SAT customers only . DSAT Customer cases is closed at the server downtime so that DSAT cx Can't give feedback This is the way Dell is today number 1 in Market As he is getting survey for his SAT Customer only DSAT cases are not coming to the front ever....Read More
